FACTORY PRODUCTIONOverseas products are produced in a multi-step process divided into two phases – Core production and final assembly. The Core part of the process is done overseas and to high standards. The completed core is prepped for shipment and ready for seamless integration into the final assembly phase.Units are manufactured as a completed product and then broken down into highly condensed packaging for shipping purposes. The factories are commonly certified as ISO 9000/ISO 9001 facilities and maintain QC – Quality Control standards in compliance with their factory rating. Each kit is shipped to an importer or distributor and contains all components and hardware needed for either the dealer or end consumer to begin the final assembly and set up process.Units are manufactured as a completed product and then broken down into highly condensed packaging for shipping purposes. Each machine is fully bay tested and road tested where reasonable. All repairs, adjustments and corrections are performed at this time at our expense and factored into unit pricing – there is no factory reimbursement program on these products.
